Time is charged on Hobbs meter.
• Overnight rentals require a three hour per day minimum use.
• Florida Sales Tax of 6% is charged on aircraft rentals.
• Fuel purchased off field is re-imbursed up to $4 per gallon.
• Failing to attend a scheduled flight or to cancel within 2 hours
will result in a "No Show" fee of $45/hour of instructor
time and $30/hour of scheduled Aircraft Time for aircraft.
